Audible BPO started in 2008 as team of virtual assistants that worked from home. After years of providing services for clients we have grown to be who we are today, ready to face the challenges of a global market. Led by our President and CEO Lourd Leo James Homecillo, the company has withstood the challenges of the global economy for the past 11 years. And for 2018 onwards, the company has launched its new goal to begin a journey of a thousand hellos, with our employees providing excellent customer services to customers worldwide.

Our Leadership team has a wide array of experience in the call center industry with each specializing in the aspects of training and development, operational management and human resources. With Audible BPO's 11 years of existence, we have helped various businesses to grow and expand their customer base and have assisted hundreds of clients in their virtual assistance needs. Our leadership team is equipped to be able to grow a team of dedicated personnel that fits your business needs.




Audible BPO takes pride in its ability to develop skills and talents. With our CEO's experience in Talent Management for over 13 years the company has developed proven training methodologies to equipped our new hires with the skills necessary for each individual client, campaign or project. The company hires only the top 5% of our applicant pool and selects those with superior english communication skills to ensure near shore quality of agents that talks to your customers.




Our company has a hosted automated dialer that is capable of both inbound and outbound calling. The server is hosted in Hong Kong with back up servers in the United States. Our current office is equipped with a 200MBPS Dedicated Fibr Optic Line with a backup 100MBPS line from another provider. We easily adapt to the technology requirement of our clients on a need to basis.




We currently have 2 service facilities, one in the northern part of Cebu and one in Mandaue City, Philippines.
